Les Villas de Jade comprises 3 properties. Villas for 15 to 27 people.

Villa Mazette: swimming pool set in a large 70m² discoverable veranda, jacuzzi, sauna, covered pétanque court, children's playground with swings and slide, ping pong table.
Villa Salicorne: terrace pool, sauna and jacuzzi.
LOCATION
The Villas are located between Southern Brittany and the Vendée, in a commune with 8km of unspoilt beaches and the only dune forest on the Côte de Jade.
Within a maximum radius of 3 km, the privileged location offers you: beaches, local shops, markets, supermarkets, leisure facilities (bowling, cinema, swimming pool...), restaurants, bars...

Bonus for stays in July and August: unlimited access to La Dune de Jade campsite, 4km away, swimming pools, aquatic and sports facilities, entertainment, kids' club, shows, concerts...

The villa is no longer available?
Our estate in Saint Brévin les Pins offers you a "family" package including the rental of 4 mobile homes, for a total of 30 beds, plus the use of a common room.
We are also happy to study any requests you may have, so that we can offer you the right accommodation and rental room.

Villa Mazette is also ideal for seminars.
With a large common area that can accommodate 17 people, your colleagues will appreciate the comfort and relaxation offered by the leisure facilities available (fitness room, sauna, Jacuzzi, pétanque court, ping pong).
Turnkey stay :
We can organize your stay for you, including catering and activities.
For larger seminars, our La Dune de Jade estate will take over, with meeting spaces for up to 100 people and associated accommodation.
