What are the noise constraints in the villa?
The villa is located in a residential area with many neighbors. It is imperative to ensure that no noise nuisance disturbs the tranquility of the neighborhood.
Noise emitted by guests and music played outside must be kept under control and not disturb the neighborhood. Microphones must not be used outdoors.
Doors and windows must be kept closed when music is played indoors. These rules must be observed throughout your stay, especially after 10 pm.
The villa is equipped with a noise alarm that warns the property manager if the authorized volume is exceeded. When an alert is registered, the tenant responsible will receive a phone call asking him/her to stop making noise. After 3 alerts, surveillance personnel will be dispatched at a cost of €200. If, despite the warnings and the visit, the noise does not stop, the appropriate authorities will be contacted.
The tenant will be held responsible for all nuisances.
