The property is set in 2300m² of enclosed grounds, where the peace and quiet of the area must be respected(no parties allowed).

The rental includes the villa (15 people) and all its equipment.

The caravan (4 people) at extra cost,

The chalet dormitory (8 people) at an additional cost and winterized from October to February.

The 280 m² Villa:

- The large 40m² bedroom: double bed 160*200, 2 single beds including a bunk bed 90*190, 3 single beds 80*190, separate shower and WC.

- Bedroom 2: double bed 160*200,

- Bedroom 3: cabin bed with 2 single beds 80*190, one of which is a bunk bed

- Bedroom 4: double bed 160*200,

- Bedroom 5: 2 single beds 90*190

- Fitness room: 1 treadmill, 1 rowing machine and 1 elliptical trainer

- Bathroom with WC

- 66m² main room with kitchen, living room and dining room,

- 70m² veranda with indoor swimming pool heated from March to November (pool heating option available during winter).

Please note that, although this option is offered, we do not guarantee a high water temperature, but we strive to offer optimal comfort depending on weather conditions)

- a semi-covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and charcoal barbecue
